Synopsis
Dont Go Near the Water: On a small island within the South Pacific, the Navy’s P.R. division is spending WWII with out getting close to a ship. Lt. Max Siegal is the Second in command to a clueless Commanding Officer who believes Sea Obligation to be the worst punishment he may give one in all his males. Siegal has to maintain the international correspondents completely satisfied, preserve his Commander out of bother and work out a approach for one of many enlisted sailors to this point the woman Lieutenant of his desires – all whereas convincing a sure island schoolteacher that he is the person for her.
