Synopsis
Marie Prieur, a younger physician, decides to cool down on Ushant, a distant island belonging to Brittany. Little by little she manages to be accepted by the inhabitants. At some point she meets André Lorenzi, a good-looking engineer, and it’s love at first sight. Life is fantastic for some time however André desires to marry her provided that she stays at dwelling. Regardless of her sturdy emotions for André, Marie refuses to surrender her vocation and the 2 lovers half. Marie finds herself alone, with a damaged coronary heart.
